Your PLCs will love us!

Are you having trouble keeping your plant running smoothly? Does your automated process feel less "automated" and more of a "process"?

Give us a call! We can help you optimize your existing process by reprogramming your PLCs or we can help you completely upgrade an old, outdated system.

What's Running Your Process?

You likely utilize automation equipment from one or more of these major names.

Send us a message if you need any help!

Is your electrical system safe? Or just a secret?

Let us investigate your power system for proper protection settings and provide NFPA 70E-compliant equipment labels.

A Useful Glossary of Terms

Arc Flash Hazard Analysis
A study investigating a worker’s potential exposure to arc flash energy, conducted for the purpose of injury prevention and to determine safe work practices, arc flash boundary, and the necessary types of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Arc Flash Mitigation
The process of minimizing the level of hazard and/or the risk associated with an arc flash event.

HMI
Human Machine Interface

NFPA 70E
Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace®. Originally developed at OSHA's request, NFPA 70E helps companies and employees avoid workplace injuries and fatalities due to shock, electrocution, arc flash, and arc blast, and assists in complying with OSHA 1910 Subpart S and OSHA 1926 Subpart K.

PAC
Programmable Automation Controller

PLC
Programmable Logic Controller

PPE
Personal Protective Equipment

Protective Device Coordination
The selection, arrangement, installation, and maintenance of protective devices to limit the effects of an overcurrent (short-circuit) situation to the smallest area.

Protective Relay
A relay whose function is to detect defective lines or apparatus or other power system conditions of an abnormal or dangerous nature and to initiate appropriate control circuit action.

SCADA
Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition
